Commission Structure

You only pay us when we pay you. Commission charges are calculated based on the age of each debt submitted by the Client: i.e. from the date on which the client's right to claim for payment of the debt first arose to the present date. Commission charges are as follows:

(i)   Debts 2 years old or less = 20%
(ii)  Debts between 2 - 3 years old = 30%
(iii) Debts 3 - 4 years old = 40%
(iv) Debts 4 years and older = 50%

Overview of Collection Services

Our experienced collectors carefully investigate each debtor's account to determine the best course of action. Immediate contact is made with the debtor with the idea of amicably resolving each matter. If we are unable to resolve the matter, the debtors account is reviewed and the client contacted to determine if legal action would be warranted. We remind you that all debts submitted to our company either for collection or insertion into the Big Bad Book must be accompanied by all relevant documentation in support of claims so as to facilitate further efficiency in the collection process and to allow for the evaluation and assessment of claims at the earliest possible stage.
